ABOUT US:

Skin Pharm is a cosmetic dermatology practice where we believe taking care of your skin can be practical and fun. Feeling healthy inside and out plays a huge part in our lives, and we specialize in simplifying that process. We’re looking for a full-time Advanced Practice Provider to join us in Dallas, TX!

ABOUT THE JOB:

The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is responsible for managing health problems and coordinating health care for the patient in accordance with State and Federal rules and regulations and the nursing standards of care (assessment of health status, diagnosis, development of plan of care and treatment, implementation of treatment plan and evaluation of patient status). Clinical management is conducted in collaboration with other health care team members.

APP possesses passion for the aesthetic industry, a high level of critical thinking, the ability to multitask and a sharp sense of responsiveness to patients and team members.

ABOUT YOU:

You are a graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program or Physician Assistant Program. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as you interact with patients daily.

ABOUT THE JOB:

Aesthetic Liaisons work in the front office to help check patients in and out, provide product and service information, take payments and schedule future appointments. The goal is to get patients scheduled, existing and new! This creates revenue for the company and more happy, beautiful people in this world as a result of visiting Skin Pharm.

Additional duties include answering phones, performing a variety of administration tasks and ensuring the front room is clean and welcoming. The Aesthetic Liaison is also responsible for re-organizing products as patients shop and placing furniture back in its original place.

ABOUT YOU:

You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as you will interact daily with patients of the practice. You should also be proficient in office software, as you will need to enter information on payments and electronic patient records system. You must also be able to take direction and work independently. Organizational and multitasking skills are essential in this role. Training will be provided to enhance existing skills and knowledge base.

Product and service knowledge is the key to success in this role. Knowing your stuff and being able to answer questions, educate patients and make recommendations happens frequently, both on the phone, in-office and via email.

ABOUT THE JOB:

At Skin Pharm, the Practice Manager runs our office. Typical duties include managing day-to-day office tasks, such as ensuring necessary office supplies are in stock. They also help ensure proper records management, and they must follow all systems and protocols for records updates and storage.

The Practice Manager seeks to continuously improve systems, processes and practice and works effectively to resolve patient issues. Acting as a role model and mentor, the Practice Manager teaches the skills of ethics, patient relationship management, respect and professionalism while demonstrating good work habits, flexibility and initiative.

Practice managers are given a multitude of administrative responsibilities when managing the daily operations for a Skin Pharm office. Practice managers juggle many balls with the goal of handling the business aspects of medicine to maximize providers’ time and enhance patient care.

ABOUT YOU:

You must display excellent time management skills, be collaborative and cooperative and be committed to professional development.

You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as you interact daily with patients of the practice. You should also be proficient in office software, as they will need to enter information on payments and patient records information.

You must be able to take direction and work independently. Organizational and multitasking skills are also necessary in this role.
