Lauren Zaucha PA-C

Lauren was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, and attended Miami University for undergraduate, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering. While she enjoyed her studies and research at The Cleveland Clinic as a biomedical engineer, she found the patient-centric component of her education to be the most fulfilling.
After college, Lauren moved to Chicago, Illinois, where she attended graduate school and completed her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies. She began her career as a physician assistant on a multi-specialty surgery team, covering a wide range of services from trauma surgery to plastic surgery. It was during this time that she realized her love for the coalescence of art and medicine.
She went on to pursue a career in cosmetic dermatology, as it allowed her to exercise both. After working for a busy practice in Chicago, Lauren was introduced to Skin Pharm — and she hasn’t looked back since! She loves the environment Skin Pharm creates for its patients and the relaxing, collaborative atmosphere it offers healthcare practitioners.
Lauren’s passion extends beyond her own practice, as she takes pride in training and mentoring new healthcare providers joining Skin Pharm. She believes in fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment, ensuring that each provider is equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to deliver the best care for their patients. Her commitment to education reflects Skin Pharm’s dedication to maintaining a standard of excellence and ensuring the continuity of compassionate, patient-centered care.
A note from Lauren –
I believe the beauty of subtlety is the key to aging gracefully, and achieving those subtle, natural results is something we do really well at Skin Pharm. Instilling these ideals and techniques in new providers has been so fulfilling; getting to make both patients and providers confident is a “pinch me!” moment in my career.
