When you come to Skin Pharm, whether it’s for a consultation or a procedure, you’re making an appointment with a board-certified medical professional. And if you’re not quite sure why you need to see a medical professional for your skin care needs, here's why we think it’s important.

Expert care from board-certified professionals

At Skin Pharm, our procedures are medical-grade, which means that we’re licensed and board-certified to give you stronger and more effective treatments than you would experience with a provider who is not board-certified. For example, with microneedling, providers who are not board certified can't go as deep with the treatment. (This can be the difference between you receiving a treatment that is 0.2mm or 2.5mm in depth.) Trust us, it makes a HUGE difference! The deeper needle placement encourages more collagen production – and better results. Every procedure you’d have at Skin Pharm is performed by a board-certified medical professional, so you’re getting the most bang for your buck.

Our providers have completed a master’s or doctoral degree program, clinical training and didactic courses prior to taking the board exam. We're certified to diagnose, give orders, prescribe medications and direct medical care of patients. That means that we can effectively treat acne, rosacea, melasma and aging skin with our over-the-counter products, prescription medicines and multiple non- and minimally-invasive procedures.
