We’re looking for a full-time Advanced Practice Provider to join the team at our Atlanta, GA clinic!
The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is responsible for addressing patients' skin concerns and prescribing custom routines and treatment plans to achieve their goals. Clinical management is conducted in collaboration with other team members.
Upon employment, orientation with lead APP and/or other APPs will be provided for 2-4 weeks to enhance existing skills and knowledge base. Training period may be terminated early if APP is ready for independent practice.
You must be passionate about the aesthetics industry, have a high level of critical thinking, maintain the ability to multitask and a sharp sense of responsiveness to patients and team members.
NP QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
• Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Licensure
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in state practicing
• Certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or American Nurse Credentialing Center (ANCC)
• Polished presentation: professional, well-groomed appearance
PA QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Program
• Current Physician Assistant (PA) Licensure
• Certified by National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) in state practicing

Client Coordinators work in the front office to help check patients in and out, provide product and service information, take payments and schedule future appointments. You’ll facilitate all aspects of the Skin Pharm experience for our patients, both existing and new!
Additional duties include answering phones, performing a variety of administration tasks and ensuring the front room is clean and welcoming. Our Client Coordinators are also responsible for re-organizing products as patients shop and placing furniture back in its original place.
You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as you will interact daily with patients of the practice. You should also be proficient in office software, as you will need to enter information on payments and electronic patient records system. You must also be able to take direction and work independently. Organizational and multitasking skills are essential in this role. Training will be provided to enhance existing skills and knowledge base.
A passion for the aesthetic industry is a must! Product and service knowledge is the key to success in this role. Knowing your stuff and being able to answer questions, educate patients and make recommendations happens frequently, both on the phone, in-office and via email.

The Practice Manager is a registered nurse who seeks to continuously improve systems, processes and practice and works effectively to resolve patient issues. Acting as a role model and mentor, the Practice Manager teaches the skills of ethics, patient relationship management, respect and professionalism while demonstrating good work habits, flexibility and initiative.
Practice Managers are given a multitude of administrative responsibilities when managing the daily operations for a Skin Pharm office. Practice Managers take on many roles, with the goal of handling the business aspects of medicine to maximize providers’ time and enhance patient care.
You must display excellent time management skills, be collaborative, cooperative and committed to professional development.
