Orders placed after 12pm EST are processed the following business day. Orders placed after 12pm EST on Friday, as well as Saturday and Sunday, will begin processing the following Monday.

Skin Pharm products are made with all skin types in mind. They are paraben-free, sulfate-free and cruelty-free.

We intend on the Skin Pharm products you purchase to be used for yourself! By purchasing Skin Pharm products, you agree not to resell or distribute these products for any commercial purposes. We may reject or cancel an order if we have reason to believe that your order is not for your personal use.

At Skin Pharm, you will always be seen by an Advanced Practice Provider – either a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – who specializes in cosmetic dermatology. Our providers are trained in specialties like dermatology and plastic surgery and are trusted experts when it comes to aesthetic medicine.

The $125 booking fee goes toward your visit with one of Skin Pharm’s Advanced Practice Providers. During this visit, we will review your history, assess your skin, discuss concerns and develop a plan. The $125 may be used toward a product or treatment purchase at your visit (in which case, the booking fee would be complimentary).

The $125 booking fee will then go toward the provider’s time. We hope you find the skin consult valuable and find a product routine or treatment plan suitable for you!

We are available for phone consults in 50 states. If you live in the United States but aren’t located near one of our clinics in Nashville, Atlanta or Dallas, you can schedule a phone consult here.

Gift Cards

You can purchase one here and it’ll be emailed directly to the recipient!

Gift cards purchased on or after April 1, 2021 can be redeemed at any of our clinics or online.

Gift card purchased prior to April 1, 2021 need to be redeemed in-office. If you’d like to order products with one of these gift cards, please call our Nashville location to order product and have it shipped.

No! So good skin doesn’t have to, either.

Skin Pharm will honor gift cards as a form of payment for the $125 booking fee required to schedule an appointment. We do still require to keep a credit card on file.

Returns & Exchanges

We’re sorry you didn’t love your Skin Pharm products. Please reach out to orders@skinpharm.com with your order number and the products you’d like to exchange or return.

All returns must be processed within 14 days of receiving your product to receive a store credit. To place a return, please email orders@skinpharm.com and provide your order number.

Please reach out to orders@skinpharm.com and we’ll get you the product that you ordered ASAP!


To avoid losing your booking fee, notify us at least 24 hours ahead of your appointment to cancel or reschedule. For Monday appointments, we ask that you cancel or reschedule by Friday of the week prior.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, we will do our best to see you, but you may be asked to reschedule.

We do not take insurance or CareCredit.
