Shayla Kicklighter PA-C

Physician Assistant | Southlake, TX

“Patients deserve an honest, inviting environment where they feel heard, educated and supported. Cosmetic procedures and skin care can feel overwhelming, but my goal is to provide natural results that leave patients feeling like their most confident selves.”

Shayla was born and raised in the sunshine state of Florida. She pursued her undergraduate studies at Mercer University before earning her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. With a background in neurosurgery, Shayla is skilled at providing compassionate care while managing complex medical conditions. Her career led her to Dallas in 2022, where she transitioned her focus to spine surgery, further expanding her surgical expertise.

It was during her own journey as a patient that Shayla discovered the transformative impact of Skin Pharm. Inspired by the brand’s philosophy and results-driven approach, she was drawn to join the team. She combines her medical knowledge with a passion for aesthetics and skin care to help each patient look and feel their best.

At Skin Pharm Southlake, Shayla strives to create a supportive and educational environment where patients feel empowered to take control of their skin care journey. Whether it’s addressing concerns related to aging, acne or overall skin health, her goal is to ensure every patient leaves feeling confident, rejuvenated and informed.

Outside of work, Shayla enjoys traveling, reading a good book, exercising, trying new restaurants and spending time with family and friends.

A note from Shayla –

“My experience as a Skin Pharm patient profoundly impacted my confidence and the way I perceive myself. Conservative procedures that enhance your natural features can make all the difference. My experience has inspired me to become that resource for my own patients, guiding them toward the same level of confidence and satisfaction that I received.”
