It’s all in an effort to show up as her best self, share what she brings to the table and do all of it with confidence. We caught up with the Social Bird Rosé co-founder and consultant during her recent visit to Skin Pharm Dallas!
I’ve been coming to Skin Pharm since 2021, so about three years!
This is a loaded question! I love getting Botox and filler. I feel like Skin Pharm does a really good job of enhancing my natural features and helping me balance my face shape without looking overdone. I also love the Gold Infusion and how it makes my skin glow — it’s one of my go-to treatments! Never fails me.
Youth Serum, I would drink if I could! I go through it like nobody’s business. Glow Factor, I really love. And I wear the 100% Mineral Tinted SPF every single day. I have it on right now!
I’ve struggled with hormonal breakouts and with certain products I’ve used in the past. They were too heavy on my skin. When my skin doesn’t look good, I don’t feel good. I don’t feel like I’m my best.
As I’ve gotten older, I’ve built a really manageable yet effective routine. All my products are from Skin Pharm! The products do what they’re supposed to do, but they’re not too heavy on my skin. They help me keep my glow going all year long because I’m able to maintain my skin care routine. I’m more confident in my skin knowing that when I’m consistent and show my skin love, it loves me back!
I definitely love to exercise and move my body, whether that’s lifting weights, going on walks or doing pilates. When I feel strong in my body, I feel really healthy, and I love that. I love to get outside and get fresh air. I love to read. Putting good things on your skin is great, but you also have to nourish yourself on the inside — so vitamins and eating healthy are a big part of my routine, too. Honestly, to me, self-care looks like being around people who lift me up and help bring me to my best self.
