The glowy, dewy skin of your dreams is just a few steps away. Here’s what you need to add to your skin care routine.
1. Sunday Ritual
Feeling a little dull? Sounds like it’s time to slough off the dead skin – yeah, gross – that’s dimming your glow. Treat yourself to an at-home facial with Sunday Ritual, which is filled with gentle exfoliating beads to reveal healthier, younger skin from head to toe. Glycolic acid removes dry, dead skin while salicylic acid washes away excess oils, clearing your pores.
Normal to dry and sensitive skin types should use 2–3 times a week after cleansing, while normal to oily skin types can use up to twice a day. Skin Pharm founder and NP Maegan Griffin uses this as a mask. She leaves it on for a few minutes until she gets a tingle (about three minutes) and then gently massages using a circular motion. Rinse with warm water and pat dry. As with any products containing active ingredients like glycolic and salicylic acids, gradually build up use to prevent irritation.
2. Clarifying Pads
Clear skin = glowy skin, and our #1 seller gets the job done. Our Clarifying Pads combat breakouts with salicylic acid to unclog pores and glycolic acid to remove dead skin cells. Lactic acid promotes exfoliation while gently hydrating skin.
As Heather McMahan says, "These cleared up my acne, swear on the Bible, they are the best!"
These powerful pads erase unwanted pigment, tighten pores and fight dullness. Like the Brightening Polish, you’ll want to gradually build up use to avoid irritating your skin. Normal to dry and sensitive skin types may only need to use the pads 1–3 times a week, while normal to oily types can use up to 2x a day after cleansing.
3. Glow Factor
Glow Factor is your daily skin multivitamin: Vitamin C, Vitamin E and ferulic acid work together to brighten and replenish skin. Vitamin C is an essential part of your skin care routine as it protects skin, fights photoaging, brightens skin tone and reduces fine lines and wrinkles. In addition to improving your overall skin tone and texture, this perfect dose of antioxidants guards your skin against pollutants, environmental damage and free radicals. Doug the Pug's mom Leslie Mosier says, "I haven't needed to use a highlighter since starting Glow Factor."
Glow Factor is super easy (and fun) to use. On your first use, pour the Vitamin C powder into the serum and shake vigorously. Let the formula sit, and then shake once again before the first application. Gently press 4–6 drops of Glow Factor into your skin after you apply Youth Serum, or mix the lightweight, fluid drops into your SPF for the ultimate glow. Check out @skin_pharm's IGTV for a tutorial!
4. 100% Mineral Tinted SPF
Say goodbye to your foundation and meet your new CC cream – plus way more! Our 100% Mineral Tinted SPF is a purely physical sunscreen with zinc oxide and titanium oxide to protect your skin from UV rays. Hyaluronic acid and vitamin E provide a moisturizing base and fight fine lines, wrinkles, sun spots and rough texture. By wearing this SPF, you're correcting past sun damage while protecting from future sun damage, too.
This SPF has a universal tint that improves redness and dull skin. This lightweight coverage and correction can be worn alone, but it's sheer enough to layer under makeup. Ideal for normal, dry and sensitive skin types, make this the last step in your skin care routine in the AM, and you'll be ready to glow.
OK, I’m ready to GLOW!
Some ingredients – like hyaluronic acid – give you noticeable results immediately after application, instantly plumping skin. But as with all skin care products, it can take time for your skin to adjust to new ingredients. Vitamin C can produce visible results in as little as three weeks, while other lightening agents and acids can take up to 12 weeks. So, don’t get discouraged if you don’t notice an immediate change. Be sure to keep up your routine and soon you’ll be good to glow.
