Get to know the woman behind the brand.
After working as a nurse practitioner in plastic surgery and dermatology, our founder, Maegan Griffin, realized the aesthetics industry lacked something critical — a commitment to personalized, holistic and trustworthy care.
“I realized this wasn’t the standard in most clinics. I started Skin Pharm in 2017 to create the experience I wanted as a patient but couldn’t find, and I’m so proud of what we’ve built,” she says.

While our chic and relaxing clinics are designed to instantly put you at ease, it’s the people behind them who make the Skin Pharm experience different. Our advanced practice providers (all NPs and PAs) inspire confidence in each patient through effective treatments, expert skin care advice and the meaningful relationships they cultivate — a testament to Maegan’s vision, leadership and patient-focused approach.
“Our brilliant providers take their time getting to know each patient, and we’ve curated a clinic atmosphere that feels warm, inviting and elevated,” says Maegan, who now focuses her time on Skin Pharm’s growth.
With nine clinics and counting, an evolving line of medical-grade products and three young children, creating approachable and sustainable skin care solutions has never felt more relevant.
“If you’re like me, you desire ease in your skin health routine. No one has time to second-guess if they’re investing in the right products and practitioners. We’re committed to providing expert advice in a comfortable environment, and I think we deliver that care in a very trustworthy way.”

Over the last decade, Maegan’s artful work as a nurse practitioner has helped countless patients make meaningful changes — both internal and external — in their own lives. While she’s transitioned to full-time CEO, her goals for Skin Pharm and each person we impact remain the same: to promote skin health, inspire confidence and empower others to feel good in their skin.
