Amanda Vergara PA-C

Amanda was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She attended Florida State University for her bachelor’s degree and graduated magna cum laude. She then obtained her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at South University in Savannah, GA, and graduated with high honors.
Her passion for aesthetics first began during her clinical rotation in facial plastic surgery, where she gained experience in cosmetic and reconstructive procedures. After she graduated and became board-certified through NCCPA, she began working full-time in Atlanta as an emergency medicine PA. She then transitioned to become a full-time aesthetic injector PA after obtaining certified training in both neurotoxins and fillers.
Amanda has been following Skin Pharm’s journey since opening in Atlanta in 2020, which inspired her to join the Skin Pharm team in 2023. Amanda enjoys making her patients feel comfortable and seeing firsthand the positive changes her patients experience. She has always had a passion for skin care and anti-aging.
The biggest game changers in skin care for her include Skin Pharm's Glow Factor to help brighten and smooth skin throughout the day, and of course 100% Mineral Tinted SPF to prevent premature aging. Her go-to treatments include neurotoxins and microneedling with PRP to improve texture, fine lines and wrinkles.
Amanda lives in Atlanta with her golden retriever, Bailey. In her free time, she enjoys hot yoga, exploring new restaurants, reading new books and walking around Piedmont Park.
