Alayna Crane MSN, FNP-C

A Tennessee native, Alayna has called the Brentwood/Franklin area home since age one. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Community Health from Indiana University, where she was a member of the all-girl cheer team and graduated summa cum laude.Alayna later completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
She began her nursing career in the cardiovascular intensive care unit, where she built a strong clinical foundation. Inspired by her passion for skin health, she later transitioned into medical aesthetics and gained experience in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, lasers, skin rejuvenation treatments and more.
While working full-time, Alayna earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Middle Tennessee State University, graduating summa cum laude. In addition to her clinical experience, various advanced trainings with Galderma have equipped her to provide safe, evidence-based care and natural-looking results.
Alayna’s interest in cosmetic dermatology began with her own experience as a patient. When the opportunity to pursue it professionally arose, she wholeheartedly embraced it. Her work allows her to combine science, artistry and an overall appreciation for health and wellness. Alayna has admired Skin Pharm for years and is excited to join the team at Skin Pharm Franklin.
Outside of the clinic, you’ll find Alayna browsing through Franklin’s shops and enjoying the community’s charm. She loves spending time with her husband and son, trying new coffee shops and walking her dogs, Bently and Betsy.
