Ashley grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and began her college journey at Eastern Illinois University before transferring to Lakeview College of Nursing, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Shortly after starting her career as a bedside nurse, Ashley developed an interest in shaping individual patient care. She returned to school to earn her nurse practitioner degree and is now board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
While working bedside, Ashley cared for patients across a variety of specialties, including oncology, detox, telemetry and medical/surgical care. Supporting patients with diverse needs taught her the importance of personalized treatment plans and care — an approach that translates beautifully to the world of aesthetics. This, along with her passion for skin health, naturally led her to cosmetic dermatology.
Ashley discovered Skin Pharm on Instagram when she first started injecting. Initially drawn to the elevated clinic design and atmosphere, Ashley quickly realized how closely she aligned with Skin Pharm’s mission and values. She told herself, “If Skin Pharm ever comes to Chicago, I’ll be first in line to apply.” Ashley is thrilled to join a company she’s admired for years and provide patient-centered care at Skin Pharm Chicago!
Outside of work, Ashley spends most of her time with her husband and two young children. Her days are often filled with playgrounds, gymnastics and swimming, and she wouldn’t have it any other way. When she does find herself with precious solo time, you’ll find Ashley bingeing a great series, getting lost in a thriller or planning her next travel adventure.
