Carli Elmore PA-C

Carli was born and raised in Park Ridge, Illinois, a suburb just outside of Chicago. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin-Madison (go Badgers!) before returning home to pursue her dream PA program at Northwestern University. She lives in Elmhurst with her husband and son.
When starting her career in plastic and reconstructive surgery, Carli discovered her passion for helping others live healthy, confident lives. She developed strong procedural skills while assisting with complex surgical cases and gained a thorough understanding of anatomy. Most of all, though, she realized she could help patients find confidence amidst challenging diagnoses.
Among Carli’s patients were those who underwent mastectomies and chemotherapy that left them feeling and looking unlike themselves. Witnessing these changes in her patients was poignant. She saw how important it was to acknowledge that how we feel on the outside is important, too — and that there shouldn’t be shame associated with that.
This passion is why Carli now loves working in cosmetic dermatology. She feels privileged to empower others to live healthy, confident lives with personalized skin care and treatment plans, and she’s excited to join the team at Skin Pharm Chicago!
Outside of work, you’ll find Carli spending time with her husband, son and mini Bernedoodle. She loves exercise classes, trying new restaurants, country music and hosting friends and family.
