Katie Zimmerman NP-C

Katie was born and raised in Michigan and attended Michigan State University, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with honors. She relocated to Austin where she obtained her Master of Science in Nursing at The University of Texas at Arlington. Katie has a combined 10+ years of experience as a provider in cardiology, outpatient surgery, plastic surgery and cosmetic dermatology. She is board-certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Having struggled with acne throughout most of her teen and early adult years, Katie has always had a strong passion for dermatology and aesthetics. Katie has a genuine desire to provide exceptional care to every client, and she’s thrilled to bring this to Skin Pharm.
Outside of the clinic, you can find Katie trying new restaurants around Austin with her husband and friends or running the lake trail with her golden retriever, Mulligan. She loves to travel and will take any excuse to get outside and explore new places.
