Lauren grew up on the South Shore of Massachusetts. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts Boston and later obtained her Master of Science in Nursing from Simmons University in Boston.
After graduating, Lauren spent three years caring for adult and pediatric patients in the Emergency Department at Massachusetts General Hospital. She developed a strong foundation in patient care, clinical assessment and critical thinking. She simultaneously discovered her passion for medical aesthetics and spent the next four years gaining experience in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators, regenerative treatments and skin health. During this time, Lauren continued her education at Simmons University in Boston and became a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Her clinical background continues to shape her approach to patient care, with an emphasis on safety, attention to detail and natural, individualized results.
Lauren first discovered Skin Pharm on social media and admired the brand’s focus on natural, personalized results. She especially connected with its emphasis on prioritizing skin health and education. When Lauren heard Skin Pharm was opening in Boston, she knew it was an opportunity she wanted to pursue. She’s excited to be part of the Skin Pharm Boston team!
Outside of the clinic, Lauren stays active with workouts at [solidcore] and Barry’s. She enjoys making time for self-care, shopping and savoring a good meal.
