Maegan Griffin is a board-certified family nurse practitioner and the founder and CEO of Skin Pharm. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Belmont University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Tennessee State University, and she is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board (AANPCB).
After working as a nurse practitioner in plastic surgery and dermatology, Maegan realized the aesthetics industry lacked something critical: a commitment to personalized, holistic and trustworthy care. She built Skin Pharm to provide it.
"I wanted to create a clinic experience that felt just as inviting and elevated as it was clinical and effective. Not sterile," she says.
That warmth, ease and comfort is by design. Every Skin Pharm appointment is led by a board-certified nurse practitioner or physician assistant who guides each patient toward personalized solutions through evidence-based treatments and natural, never-overdone results.
"We obsess over safety and trust. We train each of our board-certified providers and make sure they're people you'll enjoy spending an hour with," Maegan says.
Over the last decade, Maegan's work as a nurse practitioner has helped countless patients make meaningful changes in their lives. Today she serves as full-time CEO, leading Skin Pharm's 14 clinics and counting and its evolving line of clinically formulated products, while raising three young children.
Her goals remain the same: to promote skin health, inspire confidence and empower others to feel good in their skin.
