Your Appointment

If you book a consult with same-day treatment, schedule your appointment at least two weeks before a special event. Review pre- and post-treatment guidelines for any treatments you’re interested in.
Come with clean skin if possible. This allows us to properly assess your skin! If you’re unable to come without makeup, no worries — you can wash your face when you get here.

We’ll spend time getting to know you, your skin and what has or hasn’t worked for you in the past. The floor is yours to tell us about your skin, current routine and health history!
Your provider will thoroughly assess your skin and educate you on treatment and product recommendations tailored to your skin goals.
If you’ve opted for same-day treatment, we’ll get started!
You’ll leave feeling confident, cared for and empowered with a personalized skin care plan.

Follow your prescribed routine as instructed by your provider. Consistency is crucial for improvement!
If you received a treatment, follow your provider’s aftercare instructions and/or post-treatment routine.
Due to the skin cell turnover rate, we suggest waiting 8-12 days before following-up to determine if your routine or treatment plan need any adjustments.
Adjustments are normal! If needed, schedule an appointment to follow up with your provider.
Keep in mind that some skin concerns (like acne and rosacea) typically recur. Maintenance treatment is important for skin health management. Schedule maintenance appointments with your provider as needed.

Is a skin consult right for me?

Whether you have a specific skin concern (acne, dryness, aging, sensitivity, etc.) or just want to enhance your overall skin health, we’re ready for you!
Who do I meet with for my consult and/or treatment?

You’ll always meet with a board-certified NP or PA at Skin Pharm. All of our providers have specialty training in cosmetic dermatology, provide natural, never-overdone results and are committed to each patient’s individual skin care journey.
What does the cost of my skin consult cover?

The cost goes toward time with one of our board-certified providers and can be applied to products purchased or treatments received during your appointment.

If you’re in Alpharetta, Austin, Charleston, Franklin, Houston, Plano, Raleigh, Southlake or Tampa, your first skin consult is complimentary!
How long does a skin consult take?

A consult without same-day treatment takes 30 minutes. A consult with same-day treatment can take up to an hour depending on which treatment you receive.
